I haven't even messed with it, but I highly doubt its a simple shift. Probably like those word puzzles in the newspaper, they decided to make random letters = other random letters.

The thing is, yeah it's great and all, but the caesar's box only works if you DIDN'T randomly screw everything up. There's too many possibilities for it.
